In recent decades, with the tightening of speech control on all Chinese Internet platforms, more than a dozen of my Internet accounts have been either temporarily banned or permanently banned for ‘inappropriate’ political speech.
过去，我曾把几个公共网络平台作为储存记忆的档案馆、获取信息的渠道和交流不同意见的广场。但是，今天，不仅在中国，全世界的互联网平台似乎都不再是一个美丽的乌托邦; 2022年8月，像大多数在中国注册的账户一样，我的Behance账户在没有任何通知的情况下被删除。那些记录了我过去生活、学习和工作的图形和段落都消失了...... 或者更确切地说，我的部分数字存在已经被抹去了。
In the past, I have used several public Internet platforms as archives for storing memories, channels for obtaining information, and squares for exchanging different opinions. But, today, not only in China, but worldwide Internet platforms no longer seem like a beautiful utopia. In August 2022, like most accounts registered in China, my Behance account was deleted without any notice. Those graphics and passages documented my past life, studies, and work have disappeared… Or rather say, part of my digital existence has been erased.
所以我建立了这个网站，一点一点地回忆我的过去，并希望所有这些作品能够一步一步地指引我的道路。
So I built this website to recollect my past bit by bit, and wish all those pieces can guide my path step by step.
